Our mobility scooter demonstrations are completely free with no-obligation to buy. Our demonstrators follow a strict BHTA code of practice and our own demonstration checklist.

- Any questions, queries or complaints will be responded to within a day.
- Your order, service and repair history are stored so that you do not have to repeat yourself, if you speak to a different Customer Service agent.
- If the scooter is away for service or repair for more than 5 days; we will then provide a courtesy scooter free of charge!
- We offer ‘at-home’ service & repairs for our customers who rely on their folding mobility scooter on a daily basis.
